TALLER DE INTRODUCCIÓN AL CHANOYU – Ceremonia japonesa del té Macha

Una invitación a descubrir el Chanoyu, el camino japonés del té. De la mano de Naoko, oriunda de Japón, exploraremos los fundamentos de una tradición milenaria que encuentra en el matcha un puente hacia la calma y la presencia.

Observaremos la ceremonia como una meditación en movimiento y luego practicaremos sus gestos de manera guiada, con suavidad y respeto por el ritmo. Un encuentro para habitar el instante: silencio, belleza y atención en cada detalle.

An invitation to discover Chanoyu, the Japanese way of tea. Led by Naoko, a native of Japan, we will explore the fundamentals of an ancient tradition that finds in matcha a bridge to calmness and presence.

We will observe the ceremony as a form of moving meditation and then practise its gestures in a guided manner, gently and with respect for the rhythm. An encounter to inhabit the moment: silence, beauty and attention to every detail.
